Past Retreats
2023 Reset Retreat at Cabarlah - we created a beautiful mix of restorative sessions. Pottery class, massages, energy healing session, ice bath, journalling, pilates and health coaching.
2025 Hike Retreat at Mt Barney - our 7.5 hour epic hike was life-changing. This retreat balanced movement and stillness in nature with no devices. Plenty of laughs and connection time drinking wine on the deck, paddling through the nearby creek and sleeping in the afternoon.
2026 Lake Retreat at Moogerah- early mornings, open water and genuine stillness. We paddled SUPs to rock cliffs, sweated through pilates, and wound down with foam rolling, saunas and ice baths under the stars. Plenty of good food, wine, and the kind of slow conversation that only happens when you're far from home.

“Maddie made everyone feel so welcomed and comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful — from the yoga sessions and group activities to the scenic hikes that challenged us in the best way possible.
It was wonderful getting to make new friends, spend time in nature, and connect both physically and mentally. The retreat really helped boost my confidence, as Maddie encouraged us to push our limits and try new things that we didn’t think we could do. I came home feeling refreshed, strong, and so grateful for the experience.”
“Nothing could have made that any better! I’m feeling extremely privileged to have been able to join such a wonderful group of ladies for hiking, food, fun and rest!
I wish every weekend could be that great!”
“I wanted to challenge myself, and this certainly achieved that goal.
I also wanted to spend time with like-minded women who were also feeling they wanted a challenge.
I often train with males as I don’t know many women who are big on adventure, outdoors and working hard and achieving goals.
I loved it. It was incredible.”
“The retreat was beautifully organised the food delicious and the company delightful. My experience was extremely enjoyable , I would not change a thing”
