What we do

We deliver the balance between movement, education, inspiration, adventure & pampering

Ultimately the focus is on you doing whatever will serve you best to reconnect with yourself and help yourself to reset and recharge.  You can choose to be as active or as relaxed as you wish. The companion to the health, fitness, and relaxation experience, is being so deeply immersed in nature (for its healing capacity), disconnected from technology, and with no other distractions.

You need some time out specifically dedicated to yourself.

At Reset you’ll have the freedom and opportunity to get clarity on what a successful life looks and feels like for you, creating space for a fitness and food plan and finally finding the direction you were looking for.

You can look at your life's big picture, redefine what success means for you, and plan out your action steps to get you there.

We provide an intimate space, capping it at 10 women, to allow for all your needs to be met and ensure there is no overwhelm.


The Crew

Personal Trainer Madeline, with 8 years experience in the health and fitness industry, takes yoga, pilates, breathwork, journalling, health coaching, and guided hikes.

Personal Trainer Jen specialises in working with hormonal changes in women. She has a deep love of nutritious cooking, has plenty of catering experience and nutrition certifications. Jen’s bright personality and diploma in event management brings quality and so much fun to our weekend.

  • Reset Retreat is a luxury women’s wellness retreat in Cabarlah, Australia. The weekend-long program is set in a raw bushland paradise with all the special touches you expect to find. Reset Retreat has been designed by women for women, who believe that movement, wellbeing and luxury go hand in hand. The retreat package offers a complete wellbeing program that includes blissful spa and massage sessions, yoga classes, exquisite healthy meals and activities that support the mind, body and soul. Rejuvenate, reconnect, transform and find inner peace and radiance with a retreat that focuses on your personal needs and goals.

  • You’ll enjoy a 3 day all-inclusive wellbeing package. It includes accommodation, 30 minute massage, pottery class, all workshops and activities, 3 gourmet meals per day plus detox juices, boozy hot chocolate and barista made coffee, access to facilities such as spa and more. There are no hidden costs.

  • Friday starts with celebratory champagne, strawberries, and a welcoming gift. Followed by yoga to get the body into our weekend rhythm. After dinner either an Energy Healing session with Ari or Stargazing with a boozy hot chocolate on the deck.

    The Morning Practice includes yoga, breathwork, Pilates, meditation and journaling. Then a delicious breakfast that will inspire healthy nutrition long after the retreat is over.

    We then foam roll then hike through the bush, pausing to forest bathe and explore the natural sandstone cave and finish with an ice bath.

    Lunchtime showcases how to create delicious vegetarian dishes.

    The afternoon is free to follow your bliss . Guests can choose to enjoy a relaxing massage, beautiful outdoor jacuzzi, let their creative juices flow in art, explore the bushland, or simply lounge on the deck and enjoy the view.

    We offer an afternoon detox juice and Wellness workshop to help gain clarity on food and fitness and create an action plan.

    The outdoor Saturday night feast is a treat for the senses. Followed by a relaxing evening of wine or herbal tea, gourmet treats, and music by the fire.

    Sunday begins with observed silence until the morning Pottery class. Then plenty of me-time until we say goodbye until next time!

  • All our activities are optional, so it’s up to you how much or how little you do. You choose the level of activity or rejuvenation to fit your goals and needs.

    After a weekend holiday of disconnect from the world with movement and de-stressing, you’ll feel recharged and ready to face the world again!

  • Your teacher will adapt classes to suit all abilities. For beginners, yoga can be a simple stretch session.

    The Guided Hike is also adapted for both beginners and seasoned walkers. The first 20 minutes includes rests as we stop to explore a natural cave and forest bathe. You then have the option to return to The Barn or continue hiking for another 40 minutes.

  • We have private and shared accommodation at this women’s retreat. Sharing is cheaper and is an opportunity to make new friends. If you don’t wish to share a room with someone you don’t know yet, then book a private room.

    Upstairs we have three private rooms with Queen beds.

    Downstairs we have a large room each with four King single beds.

  • Food is always one of the highlights of retreat for all of our guests! Our menu is something we are incredibly proud of as we ensure each and every dish is as healthy as it is delicious. Meals are primarily free from dairy and gluten, and do not contain refined sugars or preservatives. We make our food from scratch with passion and care. All dietary requirements are easily taken care of.

  • Yes, alcohol is provided. You’ll receive champagne on arrival, a glass of wine at dinners and boozy hot chocolate in the evening.

    We are a bit partial to a glass of wine as we watch the sunset!

  • We love our kids here at Vita Body and understand that they’re a huge part of many people’s journeys! However, in the interest of managing our community, we do need to advise that our retreats are designed for ages 16 years and over. Therefore, children of any age under 16 are not permitted to be present.

  • We have complimentary WiFi available over the entire property. However, we highly encourage devices to be turned off for the 3 days, to fully escape and reset yourself.

  • Friday check in 2pm, giving space to do a half work day.

    Sunday check out is 3pm, giving plenty of time for a full day of sessions, meals and relaxing.

  • We have chosen items specifically to enhance your relaxation and reconnection during the retreat. The gift includes a Vita Body journal and pen, yoga mat, eye mask & ear plugs, plus recipes from our most loved dishes served throughout the retreat. The final gift is lunch made for work the next day! Guests leave with a delicious lunchbox full of goodness, so they are set up for the best possible re-entry into life.

  • Comfort is key! It will be winter, so warm loose clothing, swim suit, joggers, yoga clothes and personal toiletries. We provide bath towels and yoga mats.

  • There is an 8-week payment plan of 4 x fortnightly payments.

    Once the first payment is made to secure your spot, the following 3 x payments will be deducted from your account fortnightly.

The Fine Print

The yoga & pilates sessions, hike, and personal training are optional and require moderate physical exertion. A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required at time of registration, then three more payments will be deducted fortnightly. In the event of client cancelation, deposit funds can be transferred to another excursion or trip within one year. Full balance payment is due 90 days prior to trip. Cancelations for balance payments made beyond 90 days are eligible for refund minus a $150 processing fee. Within a 90 day period of the retreat no refunds will be given and client is responsible for full payment for the cost of the trip. This retreat has a minimum of 6 participants required. If the minimum is not met, all registered guests will receive a full refund on any and all funds paid or can transfer the deposit to a future reservation.
